FLAT RATE SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS GROUND, arriving next day or in two days for most customers.  (See map below for estimated transit time.) We charge a FLAT RATE of $9.99 per order to ship to business addresses. The ONLY exceptions to our flat rate shipping policy are oversized products like large 8’+ antennas, trolling motors, and satellite domes.  Call for details.

RETURN POLICY

CED Marine offers a 30 day return period from date of original sale for unopened packages.  Restocking fees are assessed at CED Marine’s discretion.  Special orders and closeout items are not eligible for return for credit.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.

CED Marine is not responsible for freight on any return.

All items returned must be in new, complete, and sellable condition.  All returns are subject to the reimbursement of our outbound freight costs.  Standard packages will be subject to a flat $20 fee.  Oversized/excessive weight packages will be subject to outbound freight plus a $20 handling fee.

Returns after 30 days: Outbound freight + restocking fee.

No returns allowed after 120 days

All returns will be processed as a credit to account.  Under special exceptions, CED Marine may be willing to issue credits back to the original credit card used.  A processing fee of 6% MUST be deducted per credit card merchant processing charges.

Opened package returns: CED Marine does not accept returns of products that have been installed or damaged.  All open package returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee may be assessed at CED Marine’s discretion.

All warranty issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty.
All returns for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
